Jo Ann is a strategic C-suite executive leader with a wide range of expertise marketing brand and digital transformation. She’s a servant leader who passionately leads teams through shifting markets. She has run marketing for top brands just as Arby’s, and most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Honey Baked Ham Company.

Jo Ann understands her purpose and approaches everything with this in mind. Her recent book “Living on a Smile: 16 Ways to Live a Big Life and Lead with Love” shares her approach to life and work with advice for others who want to lean into empathy. Her drive for giving back can be seen in her volunteer experience, serving on the board of multiple marketing associations and non-profit organizations such as the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association, The CMO Club, 48in48, and Covenant House Georgia. Jo Ann has achieved a lot in her career; she’s a recipient of the 2018 American Marketing Association Lifetime Achievement Award and has a place on the National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential Women list.
